The purpose of the Foundation is to carry out charitable activities aimed at:

• Promoting the provision of humanitarian assistance to war victims, the wounded and people who have lost their families;

• Promoting the country's defense capability and mobilization readiness, promoting the provision of units of the armed forces and other law enforcement agencies and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine with the necessary technological equipment, devices and ammunition;

• Protecting the population in emergency situations of peace and war;

• Preventing natural and man-made disasters and eliminating their consequences, assisting victims of disasters, armed conflicts and accidents, as well as refugees and people in difficult life circumstances;

• Promoting the protection of the population by providing financial and material support to organizations that ensure security and order in areas affected by the war;

• promoting the financing of infrastructure and social services restoration projects;

• participating in the organization of PR campaigns, press conferences and round tables;

• promoting the improvement of the popularization of Ukrainian culture and the creation of international cultural ties;

• participating in international festivals, fairs and exhibitions to present Ukrainian culture and traditions abroad;

• promoting the organization of paid concerts and musical performances by famous musicians and artists in order to attract the public and receive financial support for the development of the cultural and creative sphere;

• organizing concerts to raise funds to support needy groups of the population, charitable organizations, public projects and social initiatives;

• promoting the holding of commercial music festivals, competitions and tournaments attracting a large audience and creating a platform for the presentation of talented performers and musical groups;

• holding free music concerts, festivals and creative events for the public with the aim of affordable enjoyment of Ukrainian art and culture;

• promoting the involvement of foreign cultural organizations and specialists in joint projects and cooperation to exchange experience and create new creative ideas;

• developing and distributing information materials, including videos, photos and texts, presenting Ukrainian identity and culture at the international level;

• promoting the popularization of Ukrainian culture in the media and on Internet platforms, attracting famous personalities and influencers to attract more attention to Ukrainian cultural heritage;

• promotion of science and scientific research;

• development of international cooperation of Ukraine;

• promotion of intellectual development and quality education;

• implementation of other charitable activities in the interests of society, provision of charitable assistance to those in need.

The areas of charitable activity of the fund are:

• health care;

• prevention of natural and man-made disasters and elimination of their consequences, assistance to victims of disasters, armed conflicts and accidents, as well as refugees and persons in difficult life circumstances;

• sports and physical culture;

• development of public order;

• development of territorial communities;

• development of international cooperation of Ukraine;

• promotion of providing quality medical care to victims;

• promotion of the implementation of state, regional, local and international programs aimed at improving the socio-economic situation in Ukraine;

• Promoting humanitarian assistance to war victims;

• Human and civil rights and fundamental freedoms.

The main tasks and areas of activity of the Foundation are:

• Providing material and financial assistance to the population of Ukraine;

• Interaction with public and charitable organizations involved in helping children in orphanages;

• Providing material assistance to victims, providing them with basic necessities;

• Organizing, providing and ensuring assistance to victims;

• Organizing charitable events and events. which are aimed at helping the population;

• Purchase of medical equipment, medicines, food products, personal hygiene products for the population;

• Support and assistance in meeting humanitarian needs;

• Conducting work to attract sponsors, including foreign, individuals and legal entities, to provide charitable assistance to those affected by hostilities;

• Promoting the development of relationships and cooperation with charitable organizations, as well as other legal entities and individuals;

• Organization of a service of voluntary assistants, providing free supervision and support to citizens;

• Promotion of the development and implementation of measures aimed at developing a network of social protection institutions;

• Physical and socio-psychological assistance to citizens affected by the war;

• Assistance to socially vulnerable segments of the population, carrying out other charitable activities in the interests of society, providing charitable assistance to those in need;

• establishment and support of health, medical, sports, cultural, educational and other institutions;

• organization of receiving charitable financial and material assistance, charitable grants from individuals and legal entities both in Ukraine and abroad;

• receiving and importing humanitarian aid from abroad (including, but not limited to, medicines, equipment, dual-use goods, medical products);

• Developing relationships and cooperation with charitable and public organizations, commercial structures, banks, insurance companies and other legal entities and individuals;

• Participation in the creation and development of charitable enterprises, organizations, institutions;

• Participation in the implementation of medical, health, rehabilitation, environmental, educational, cultural, sports, scientific, religious and other projects and programs, including joint ones with partners;

• Participation in organizing and conducting charitable events and activities;

• Improving the financial situation of recipients of charitable assistance;

• Promoting the development of science and education, implementing scientific and educational programs;

• Participation in providing medical assistance to the population, which due to its physical, material or other characteristics requires social support and care;

• drawing the attention of state, public and other organizations, labor collectives, research institutions and individual citizens to modern problems of medicine, education and upbringing that require practical assistance;

• implementing charitable activities to ensure employment of the population, including organizing the population on a voluntary basis to participate in solving social issues; assistance in establishing volunteer centers, increasing the role of volunteer work in solving social problems;

• social adaptation and psychological rehabilitation of military personnel and combatants;

• cooperation with institutions of foreign countries to observe and protect human rights;

• assistance in the development of publishing and information infrastructure;

• support for experience exchange programs on the activities of local government bodies and population self-organization bodies, development and implementation of programs to promote the activities of these bodies;

• active cooperation with international organizations and foundations on the development of joint projects in the fields of economy, education, culture, sports, tourism, medicine, information, as well as participation in projects on socio-economic issues;

• implementation of charitable programs to provide assistance to citizens and legal entities to protect their violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests;

• provision of free material support to individuals and legal entities whose activities meet the goals and objectives of the Foundation;

• raising material funds from individuals and legal entities, state and non-state institutions, other funds, international organizations, etc. to provide charitable assistance in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Foundation.
